Kayser Italia joins “Learn to Fly” mission to advance microgravity services and re-entry technologies

Kayser Italia has signed a strategic agreement with Orbital Paradigm to participate in the “Learn to Fly” orbital mission, scheduled for April 2027. The initiative marks a further step in the development of advanced services for microgravity applications and reinforces Kayser Space’s positioning within the evolving Space Economy.

At the core of the mission is the development of a payload focused on technologies for re-entry platforms, systems designed to enable the return to Earth of samples and experimental results generated in orbit. This segment is gaining increasing relevance as the space sector transitions toward commercial models for low Earth orbit, expanding beyond the current infrastructure centered on the International Space Station.

The project reflects Kayser Italia’s commitment to supporting new operational paradigms in orbit, where scientific research, industrial applications, and commercial services converge. By contributing to the mission, Kayser Italia continues to build on its long-standing experience in space systems, extending its capabilities toward integrated solutions that span the full lifecycle of in-orbit activities.
